18 bachelor flats @ Clayville
This project was completed by Construction City’s all divisions. The project was started from ground up until the roof level. Given Clayville dolomitic area we had to construct the foundation using raft foundation technique which consists of using steel and mixed strengthened concrete. The project took about 4 months to be fully complete.

Paving work requires a consistent structured approach. 1. Ensure good quality paving bricks(grade a) are used, 2. the surface must be prepared properly using the correct machinery, and finally quality materials such as the soil and the plastic must be SABS approved.
